Mastermind 10:
Post-Viral Fatigue
The Seeds Scientific Research & Performance (SSRP) Mastermind 10: Post-Viral Fatigue course provides an advanced clinical review of the cellular and systemic mechanisms underlying post-viral syndromes. The program focuses on utilizing targeted peptide therapies, cellular medicine, and metabolic interventions to address chronic fatigue, immune dysregulation, and mitochondrial dysfunction following viral infections.

Immunometabolic frameworks for post-viral fatigue
To guide individualized evaluation and safer therapeutic reasoning. For clinicians managing complex fatigue with clearer frameworks.
This mastermind teaches a cellular medicine framework for understanding (and treating) post-viral fatigue through innate immune activation, energy regulation, and the micro- biology of inflammation resolution. Dr. Seeds presents a detailed exploration and analysis of the role of the cGAS–STING pathway and its effect on interferon and cytokine signaling, and how redox balance and mitochondrial energetics shape symptom patterns and recovery capacity.
The course identifies a number of different molecules that can help address inflammation, including aspirin, zinc, peptides such as LL-37 and TA-1, as well as other supplements. Dr. Seeds also shows how specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs), such as lipid signals derived from omega-3 and omega-6 fats, can be used to shift the body from persistent inflammation toward resolution processes, alongside practical cautions about supplement quality and combining multiple agents.
Throughout the 7 lessons, you will develop a range of lenses through which to understand and treat viral assaults, such as COVID-19 and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS). This course is well-suited for interdisciplinary clinicians and trainees who see complex chronic or post-viral cases and want a clearer mechanistic map for discussion, monitoring, and optimal clinical decision-making.
Target Audience
Best for integrative physicians and immunologists who want updates on cellular medicine and peptide therapies for post-viral fatigue.
The Reality of Post-Viral Fatigue
A historical and contemporary challenge demanding advanced clinical solutions.
Historical Context
First observed during the Spanish flu of 1918, the incidence of chronic fatigue was also reported during the 2003 H1N1 pandemic (2.8%), Ebola infection (9–28%), West Nile fever (31%), Dengue Fever (82%), and non-epidemic infections such as tick encephalitis (30%), Epstein-Barr (9%), and mononucleosis (11–38%).
The COVID-19 Impact
Fatigue due to COVID-19 is common, frequent, and independent of disease severity with approximately 46% reporting symptoms.
Beyond Viruses: Environmental Triggers
Even mold, fungal and bacterial exposure, particularly at home, can cause people to feel tired or develop chronic fatigue.
Join the SSRP Faculty and Fellows as we reveal the unknown mediators in inflammatory responses and its connection to post viral fatigue.
Core Learning Objectives
By the conclusion of this mastermind, attendees will be equipped to:
Understand the pathophysiology and cellular mechanisms driving post-viral fatigue, neuroinflammation, and chronic immune dysregulation.
Evaluate the clinical applications of advanced peptide therapies to restore mitochondrial function and cellular energy production.
Implement targeted cellular medicine protocols to modulate the immune system and reduce systemic inflammation.
Analyze the impact of latent viral reactivations and develop strategies to support long-term immune resilience.
Formulate comprehensive, personalized recovery plans to improve the quality of life and physical performance of patients suffering from post-viral syndromes.
